Cancellation Policy

Lux Linx Studio Private Event Policy Deposit A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to reserve a private event date. This deposit secures your event and will be applied to the final total of services provided at the event. Minimum Spend Private events require a minimum service total of $400. If the minimum is not met during the event, the remaining balance will be charged to the event host. Guest Jewelry Purchases Guests will select and pay for their individual pieces during the event. Pricing varies depending on chain style, length and enhancements such as charms and connectors. Cancellations & Rescheduling Private events may be rescheduled with at least 72 hr notice. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future event date if rescheduled within this window. Event Setup The host must provide adequate space for the welding station and guests to comfortably participate in the experience. Safety Lux Linx Studio uses a professional pulse arc welding process to permanently close jewelry. A protective shield is used during welding to ensure client safety. Arrival Time Lux Linx Studio will arrive shortly before the scheduled event time to set up the welding station and prepare for guests. Payment Remaining balances for services and jewelry selections will be collected at the event. Travel Travel outside of the Kearney area may require an additional travel fee.
