At Lux Linx Studio, your experience, safety, and satisfaction are our priority.

Please review the following policies and waiver prior to your appointment.

APPOINTMENT POLICIES

• Appointments are recommended to ensure availability. Walk-ins are welcome if space allows.

• A deposit may be required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your final purchase. Deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

• Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed before your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.

• Full payment is required at the time of service.

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment options.

• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges once jewelry has been welded.

• Gift cards are non-refundable but do not expire.

• All jewelry is custom-fit and welded closed for a seamless, clasp-free design.

• Please ensure you are satisfied with the fit before welding, as adjustments afterward may require cutting and re-welding.

• Removal of welded jewelry may require cutting and may incur a re-weld fee.

• Normal wear over time is expected and may affect the longevity of your piece.

• Clients must be at least 8 years old to receive permanent jewelry.

• Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

• A signed waiver is required for all clients.

• The welding process uses a precision micro-weld and involves brief heat exposure.

• There is a small risk of minor burns, irritation, or allergic reactions.

• Please disclose any known metal sensitivities or medical conditions prior to your appointment.

• Lux Linx Studio reserves the right to refuse service if safety is a concern.

• Lux Linx Studio may capture photos or videos during your appointment for marketing purposes.

• If you prefer not to be featured, please let us know prior to your service.

By receiving services from Lux Linx Studio, you acknowledge and agree:

• Permanent jewelry is a voluntary cosmetic service.

• You understand the risks involved, including minor burns, irritation, or allergic reactions.

• You accept full responsibility for the care, fit, and wear of your jewelry after it is welded.

• Lux Linx Studio is not liable for damage, breakage, loss, or issues resulting from improper care or external factors.

• You release Lux Linx Studio and its representatives from any liability related to the application or removal of permanent jewelry.
