Cancellation Policy

By booking a service with Lux Linx Studio, you acknowledge that permanent jewelry involves a welding process with potential risks, including minor burns, skin irritation, allergic reactions, or discomfort if jewelry is too tight. By proceeding, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the service and release Lux Linx Studio from any liability related to injury, reaction, loss, or damage. All services are final sale. No refunds will be issued once services are completed. Clients are responsible for proper care of their jewelry, including maintaining hygiene and avoiding excessive pulling or force. Lux Linx Studio is not responsible for damage to personal items (including clothing or accessories) during the welding process. Jewelry may need to be removed by cutting if necessary. For clients under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present and provide consent. By booking or receiving services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
